What happens after my 7-day trial?
You'll be notified when billing goes live. You can choose any plan at that point. Until then your account continues to work fully.
Can I import my existing Excel catalog?
Yes — on Growth and above. The Starter plan requires manual product entry. Excel import is available from Growth onwards.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Buyers scan your QR code with their regular phone camera. No app, no login, no friction — on all plans.
What happens when the gold rate changes?
You update the rate once in your dashboard. Every product's price recalculates automatically across your entire catalog.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. We'll prorate the difference — you only pay for what you use.
